We are CLS Global, a fintech company specializing in B2B trading and blockchain marketing services. We help businesses to build and implement marketing strategies by choosing an exchange for listing and professional marketmaking. Our clients are over 200 companies worldwide, from startups to market giants.

At the moment we are looking for a Customer support specialist, who can respond to customer inquiries on the night shift (5 days a week from 00:00 to 09:00 Moscow time).

What you will do:

  • Client Trading Monitoring
  • Customer communication support
  • Develop yourself in the field of finance, trading, and IT

To join us you need to:

  • Be fluent Russian speaker and have at least an upper-intermediate English level
  • Be very disciplined and tactful, be able to find an approach to any client
  • Have problem-solving skills
  • Have experience and knowledge in crypto, trading
