Our clients are over 200 companies worldwide, from startups to market giants.
At the moment we are looking for a Customer support specialist, who can respond to customer inquiries on the night shift (5 days a week from 00:00 to 09:00 Moscow time).
What you will do:
- Client Trading Monitoring
- Customer communication support
- Develop yourself in the field of finance, trading, and IT
To join us you need to:
- Be fluent Russian speaker and have at least an upper-intermediate English level
- Be very disciplined and tactful, be able to find an approach to any client
- Have problem-solving skills
- Have experience and knowledge in crypto, trading
